Subject to the limitations of liability afforded to Vendor in the Minnesota Tort Claims Act, the undersigned vendor releases and holds harmless the City of Stewartville, Minnesota, the Stewartville Morning Lions Club and the property owners for use of the property and facilities.  The undersigned agrees that Stewartville Fall Festival may use any photos submitted by Vendor for publicizing the event.  The undersigned further agrees the failure to abide by the rules stated in their application can lead to immediate expulsion from the festival with no reimbursement.  I have read these rules and agree to the terms of this contract.   (must be signed below.)
